James Davis & Davis law firm in my opinion is the best in Rowan County. James Davis Jr. works along side his father James Davis Sr. & his sister also works in the office & they make you feel so welcomed & important! No matter what you need him for he makes you feel comfortable & he doesn't judge. My experience is always great no matter what the issue is. I feel like he listens to everything you say & takes every little thing into account. Hes very confident & it shows in the court room. Having him as a lawyer gives me peice of mind. Every time I've used him I've been more than happy & satisfied with my results. He's part of my team in life & I feel privileged to have him on my side! I have to say it is truly important & reassuring that I've never felt judged in anyway & he's always been very straight forwards in the advice he gives & very honest & on point.

When I got my speeding ticket in Rowan, I thought I was going to lose my license and face a criminal conviction on my record. I had lost track of my speed and was going way too fast. Luckily, I was referred to James Davis. He pulled off a minor miracle. I kept my license and my ticket was reduced from a criminal charge to an infraction. Thanks to James, I get to keep my license and money in my pocket rather than seeing my insurance premiums go through the roof. He assured me from the beginning that he would get the best possible outcome and he delivered. I highly recommend James!

Mr James Davis is without a doubt the best attorney money can buy. I was arrested New Years night while driving impaired ! I blew above 1.6 and had no reason driving . We all have rights and the law has to abide by them as well. That being said If u drive straight they cant pull u over just because they want to . Well that was my case they pulled me over and well we all know the rest >>. jail court 6 months and paying my lawyer to make an example out of the law! Yes thats right I was driving straight so they had no reason for pulling me over and that is what Mr davis prove to the judge n less than 30 min I was shaking his hand with tears falling from my face knowing a miracle has taken place . Today 7 months case dismissed and I'm back to life !Mr James Davis is the man to hire so don't think about it its your life so don't think twice !

I cannot begin to tell you what an excellent lawyer I had in James Davis II. My DWI case had gone on for almost 4 years and he was excellent in the court room. I thank God for sending him to me.
