I am thoroughly pleased with the entirety of how James Jr. handled my case. He remained calm and collected, handled the prosecution with elegance, and delivered better than expected council. I will definitely call him again if I ever have the need for a professional defense attorney in the future.

James Davis II went above and beyond in taking care of our case. He got the case dismissed before the trial began - and it was amazing watching him in action throughout the entire experience. There was never the feeling that we didn't know what was going on, and there was never any nervousness about what was going to happen next or if he would be there at the right place or the right time. I had a single car accident in early January on ice where I was given a ticket for going left of center. I visited James where he made me feel like I was at home and assured me he would handle my case because I wasn't at fault. James did exactly as he said and got my ticket dismissed. I am more than please with he and everyone at there firm for there generosity.

He was extremely professional, has a very large knowledge base. He was hired for a dwi case, after consulting with several other attorneys, that wanted to plead out for probation and a loss of drivers license, after consulting with him he said there was no reason to take a plea deal you are not guilty and there is no reason to take that deal. After 9 months the state finally made their case. The judge ruled, not guilty, on all counts.

I was charged with a DWI. I contained Attorney James A Davis soon after getting out of jail. I was very nervous about the whole situation since this was my 2nd DWI. He was very professional and hortly I could tell he was gonna do his best to help me out, he informed me we had enough to take it to trial. On my court date we proceeded on the trail. He called several people to the stand, cross examining. Hey was aggressive in proving I was innocent with facts and even with mathematical equation. I was eventually found innocent because of James Davis Jr.. He's defiantly a lifesaver!!!
