I payed 450 for nothing I had driving with open containers after consuming alcohol and i still payed over 400 dollars in court cost and got driving with open containers in passenger side... Mr Davis is the best lawyer I ever had and his staff are the best people. He is such a great trial lawyer. I have seen him in action. To me there is no other lawyer to get in North Carolina!

James Davis got me thru court this morning

We recently needed an attorney for false allegations and we have never needed one for something like this before. We were clueless of who to hire. After talking to locals and reading reviews we decided to set up a consultation with Mr. Davis. We were extremely impressed with Mr. Davis and what he had to say during our consultation and decided to hire him. Mr. Davis and his staff were so helpful, nice and on top of things during the entire process. Mr. Davis was so supportive before court, during court as well as after court and that meant the world to us! The case could not have turned out any better than what it did and we have him to thank for that. If we ever need an attorney again, without a doubt he will be our guy!
