Cynthia Ellis Is the best attorney in Rowan county 3 and half years ago she helped me get my twins from there mother ....She allowed me to take the steps to be a father and alone the way those girls saved my life now I need her help again ..I want to show that Fathers are just as important as mothers and i hope my daughters grow up and realize I fought for them and just how much they changed my life i could never thank Mrs.Ellis enough.God Bless Her

Ellis Has a ❤ heart im a single father of twin girls Khloe n Kayla Upright they were going from place to place there mother was on drugs and Mrs Ellis helped in so many ways the mother agree that the best place for the twins was with me and March 17 signed over full legal custody of both girls and the first year saw them five times as she was too busy getting her next high.Then she got into trouble she spent two years in prison and still allow her to come stay in our home in october then December 24 pretended use her father visit on Christmas 9 til 6 ppm and she didn't get there till 2 and never returned them so Now im a single father fighting for the twins the love of my life as the mother mistreats them and last drug test in nov showed shes still using but the court system says after all Mrs Ellis has done to keep and get them in a safe place I do not know the treatment they are in or there mental state these laws nedd to be changed no one should be allowed to keep your children after granted temporary full custody till that parent goes to treatment drug plan and is clean for a year and has a stable environment then it should be monitored through the state Shes pregnant on her fourth child my children are living with her grandparents that are not married in a two bedroom were they have no bed and she leave them with there great grandmother to do her drugs and the great grandma health is not great she can barely walk her knee gone and the first child is dead so im extremely scared all the time for my twins ...I pray that everyone uses Mrs Ellis as she claimed the girls on taxes 2 years and im waiting on them to come back to get her again to help me make sure they are safe once again this time making it permeated She is the very best at what she does as you can see this was a complicated case and i have had the girls three and a half years prays please and thank you Mrs Ellis for helping me keep them safe these last three and a half years they are four now Sincerely desperate father of the most beautiful twin girls Thank you for the three and half years i have had praying March 26th it will be for the rest if mine and thiers JACKSON ROSE.

Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere. If he’s appointed get a different attorney. Or u might find yourself in prison for the rest of your life.

Made a special appointment to see me the day after Thanksgiving to set up a POA for my dad. Most everywhere would have most likely been closed for the holidays, and I was only in town this one day to take care of a ton of business. Great service, took time to explain everything to my dad. Very pleasant experience.

I have never met Mr. Carlton, only talked to him through the phone since I don’t live in the state of North Carolina, but almost 1000 miles away from there. Mr.Carlton took the time to listen to me in my time of need and took very good care of what was going on in North Carolina. He constantly kept me updated and the case got dismissed.
