Great Attys.

Dude completely half a**** everything he does. He doesent care about you, or anybody else. He messed up our paperwork multiple times and then when a problem arose I did 100% of the “Lawyer” work and he charged me another 100$ to erase what I wrote and write it in his handwriting and mail a letter.... obviously would not recommend.

Attn Realtors!Horrible with commission heck disbursement’s. I closed a week ago and still no check. They ended up mailing my commission check snail mail to my firm instead of other attorneys overnighting which is what I’m used to. If you don’t mind waiting a while to get paid there a good place to go.

Mr Hudson is not to be trusted. He works under the table to gain money that should be your. He sends letters that are not true that he is working with whoever to help you and is not true. This lawyer is a lyer. DO NOT TRUST OR DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...

Our buyers chose this law firm for closing. There ended up being an issue with paperwork which postponed closing a few months, not a fault of Attorney Branson Pethel's but the attitude from those involved throughout this process was completely unprofessional. I'll focus this comment on my last interaction with them. Day of closing I was emailed two different Closing Disclosures to sign and email back since I wasn't local. One was emailed after buyers signed paperwork and left their office than another CD was emailed the following morning, both sent over by two different paralegals. While reviewing them I noticed the math was different on both. That morning I was already in discussion with them via email while we cleared up another issue. When I mentioned there was a discrepancy in the paperwork they told me to call them to explain. I spoke to their paralegal Kristin who's been the main person handling the paperwork. I told her I was trying to get clarification on which paperwork needed to be signed because the math showed differently on both; over the phone she stated and I quote "I don't really care what was sent to you after I left the office yesterday." I was completely taken aback by this comment especially when the law firm sent conflicting documentation. During this conversation I had to tell Kristin to calm down and stop being rude because her attitude and tone was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. She was so loud my colleagues heard her over the phone which is why I had to tell her to calm down. This firm cared so little about us they spelled my name incorrectly on the paperwork and check. The rudeness given was not only observed by myself but was also extended to our realtor. I understand Salisbury is a small town but I do not recommend this firm. Closing of home was August 2017.
