I requested them to evaluate whether the hearing loss I experienced working in local utility power plants for 38 years would qualify me to have that utility provide hearing aids. After six months and several followup calls by me, I finally got to speak with a lawyer who told me I did not qualify to have the utility provide hearing aids. It should not have taken so long to get this answer from such a highly rated and respected law firm.

Word of mouth is rampart in small communities. Information is out even before it hits the news. Our community is about 11 miles from Mona Wallace's office, an easy commute if you need legal advice.
Mona Wallace has a well respected reputation as a tough opponent. She is the lawyer to acquire if she will take your case. I have never heard a negative thing about her since I joined our small community 50 years ago--just praises from those she helped.
