Great Trial lawyers.

Chas Post III saw me as a "Walk-In" client. Could have addressed my issues over the phone, but I prefer to be personal when dealing with serious matters. With Covid-19 stipulations in place, and delays, Mr. Post handled my case professionally and met my highest expectations, by successfully negotiating a plea for a reduced infraction, resulting in no license points (which I could have gotten, otherwise) or insurance premium increases. While the ticket I had received "required" me to attend court, Mr. Post III handled the matter without me having to travel to Sanford to attend court. Court costs I have to pay, but that beats the costs which would come to me otherwise. Lawyer Fees were well worth the investment, and it was a pleasure visiting with Chas, in person. I am pleased that Mr. Post represented my best interests, for a nominal cost.

I have known Chas and to a lesser extent Chip since high school. We went to college together and remain friends. With that disclaimer I can truly say that I have received the best representation from this firm as anyone could hope. Had a case a few months ago involving property damage. Mr. Chas Post did a great job and managed to get the case dismissed even after my insurance provider took forever to provide information.
