Mr. Michael Kosrow Franchi represented my case on July 2021. He was easy to contact, demonstrated multiple acts of guidance, and continuously updated me on what was going on. Specifically speaking regarding my case, he made sure to give me the information I needed regarding the ticket I received. This ticket was for driving after 9 even though I had not received my full license. I was stopped due to the frame of my license plate and simply ticketed for not having my after 9's. Due to COVID-19, I explained to the officer the situation with the DMV and did the same to Mr. Franchi. When presenting my case to him, he immediately gave me his professional opinion and reliable telephone number where I could reach out to him for any questions or concerns. He gave me instructions on the next steps such as taking a driving course (under 21), setting up a DMV appointment, signing the contract to hire him and pay him. This part of the journey specifically is one to note as I believe I paid a fair amount for both parties with the option to pay fully or do so in payment plans. Michael handled my domestic violence and DUI with ease. I was sure he was the one to represent me just on the consultation. Very understanding and knowledgeable on both subjects, and actually produced a strategy and attack with just the limited information i was able to give at the time. Very confidant with how the law works. He was even able to alter the finalized judgment of my DUI stipulations after the fact. Which never happens. He really cares.
