My wife and I recently contacted Bob Gallagher, attorney at Carolina Tax, Trusts & Estates, to establish for our family and ourselves peace of mind for our Last Will and Testament. With Mr. Gallagher's help we now have, for each of us, a Health Care Power of Attorney, a Durable Power of Attorney, and a legal Will. Jesse is a great guy. Best way to describe him. I refer all my friends to him. He did our LLC and will. Brilliant guy, but he can keep it simple for me. If you’re looking for an attorney for your estate needs, and you read my review and decide to meet Jesse, as you’re leaving your appointment I can guarantee you will be thinking to yourself, “What a nice person!” Competent. I only had an over the phone experience but the lady I spoke to was so helpful! What I was looking for wasn't in really in her scope of work so she gave me a little info and a referral to someone she believed could help. She was kind and knowledgeable. My experience was a good one!
