I want to thank Bill Baity from the bottom of my heart. He certainly took what was an overwhelming situation for me, told me not to worry and within 30 days took my issue to a probable cause hearing and just ate their lunch on site...it was amazing to watch an accomplished trial attorney work his mastered craft in a way that wasn't demeaning those on the other side but definitely spelled a great big win for his client. Bill is a great guy. I highly recomend using his services! He treats his clients like they should be treated and not just another paycheck! He has helped me win mutipul cases along with two dwi cases! Very smart guy and has his way with words. HE GETS THE JOB DONE AND GETS IT DONE RIGHT!!!!!

Mr. Baity has literally proven to be my savior. I was recently pulled over and given a ticket for having some pain medicine outside of a prescription bottle. I had paperwork showing my prescriptions from the day after the ticket to the current date, paperwork showing that I had knee surgery, and paperwork showing that I have chronic back pain. The only piece of paperwork that I could not provide was my prescription paperwork for the term when I received the ticket. Mr. Baity went to bat hard for me. The D.A.'s office could have easily charged me with this because technically I could not prove that the medicine that I had when I got the ticket was mine. But sure enough Mr. Baity came to the rescue. I will be traveling to Europe in a month to continue my Professional Football Career and will be there for a year or more and knew that I had to get this totally resolved before I left or it could be a disaster for me. I will recommend Bill Baity to anyone I hear is looking for a lawyer. I could not have asked for a better lawyer and now that the dust has settled I will never use a different lawyer. I would recommend Mr. Baity for any of your legal needs. Bill Baity was extremely professional and was more than willing to help me when I got a speeding ticket a few weeks ago. He has reasonable costs for speeding tickets and I believe is one of the cheapest in my county. He went to court for me and took care of everything, it definitely took all the headache away. I couldn't be more happy with his services!

Not too long ago I was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Baity continued my case 2 times due to the fact that the DA's weren't willing to negotiate a proper plea he said. So on my third court date, Basically as soon as court opened, he came out and told me that my case had been dismissed. I was shocked to the fact that my record isn't the best. Mr. Baity definitely earned my business from this point forward and I highly would recommend him to ANYONE regarding criminal charges.

I got my first speeding ticket not too long ago and I was so upset because I didn't know what to do, I thought I was going to lose my license. I was recommended to Bill from a friend of mine. I called his office and spoke to his Legal Assistants, they were over the top helpful and really relieved a lot of stress but I still wanted to speak with Mr. Baity himself so his assistant took my name and number and less than 2 hours later, Mr. Baity called me to talk with me personally about my ticket. That was an automatic hire for me at that point. He got my ticket reduced to no license points and no insurance increase, thank the Lord! I am beyond pleased with his services and all the help from his office staff. GREAT people to talk to for help! I wouldn't recommend any other attorney in town for Criminal cases. You won't be disappointed.
