Hired Mr. Tew for representation against wrongful termination and discrimination. From the beginning he was professional, thorough and sympathetic of my situation. He gave a run down of what to expect at each stage of the case and maintain fluent communication. I was appreciative of all his effort and patiences with my case because I'm a CDL Driver and was constantly on the road and needed more time to give or get the information he need. My case did not go to trial but was settled with an agreed amount. I was happy with his service and would recommend him to anyone.

I had what most would consider to be a case that wasn't worth high dollars-however to me I had used savings that I could ill afford to spend on issues that were performed illegally and I wanted to see if I could recoup anything. Mr. Tew treated my case as if it was as important to him as it was to me. I would recommend him without reservation.

I cannot say enough great things about Mr. Tew. I was going through an unemployment case against a former governmental employer. Prior to obtaining his services, I was found it difficult to get an attorney to take my case due to my former employer being a governmental agency. To add to that, I found it difficult to find an attorney that would take the time to listen to me or review the evidence I had to prove that I had not violated any policies or participated in any misconduct. He listened and reviewed all of the evidences I had. In doing this, he become very familiar with the essential parts of my case. Once he took my case, his billing was more than fair. I say this because when I compare what he charged me to the service he provided, I was more than pleased. I never felt like I had to chase Mr. Tew down to have him call me back or provide necessary information within the deadlines. In addition, he showed concern for how my termination had impacted me both personally and professionally. I won my case, but had I not, I would have been satisfied just knowing I had someone willing to fight what I considered to be my Goliath. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is seeking an attorney who is professional, knowledgeable, prepared, and willing to fight with you and for you. There are no guarantees to the outcome of any case, but one thing for certain, you would be more than satisfied with the degree of service you receive if you consult and/or hire him as your attorney. I truly cannot thank him enough for the excellent service he provided to me.
