I got a speeding ticket right around Thanksgiving, but finding Dustin by reading his other reviews here made me feel confident that he'd be able to handle it. I was able to relax and enjoy the holiday! When we connected the following Monday, he exceeded my expectations. He's so prompt, thoughtful, and personable answering all of my questions. He really took the stress out of the situation and I can not recommend him enough if you similarly find yourself ticketed. Go Tar Heels!

A professional from the start. Mr. McCrary is able to interpret information in a moments notice and respond back well to it. He has self confidence that is easily seen in the courtroom. There is no doubt he knows the law. He stands up for what is right and just. He is honest with you about your case and does his best for you regardless of the end result. Dustin represented me through a very lengthy, very complex divorce, spanning almost 3 years. During this time Dustin had to battle 4 different law firms, each with their own strategies to sway the outcome in my ex’s favor. Dustin supported me through the custody battle, division of property, alimony and child support battles with great success. Each of these components came with their own set of challenges, which Dustin navigated with professionalism, grace and integrity. To make things more challenging for Dustin, my work schedule did not allow us to meet during normal business hours, forcing him to meet later in the evening and during weekends. Dustin even worked on my case during his honeymoon. I know this probably did not earn him points with his new bride, but the timing of his involvement was instrumental in a positive outcome for me. Dustin started out as my lawyer, but quickly grew into a good friend. I have, and will continue to strongly recommend Dustin for any family issues. He is honest, and forthcoming. Words cannot convey the amount of appreciation and respect I have for Dustin professionally and personally. After two extremely bad prior experiences with divorce litigation I contacted Dustin's office to assist in finalizing some remaining open issues. His responsiveness, thoroughness, candor and compassion were night and day from what I had previously experienced. When I first went to see Mr McCrary, I was so distraught and lost, when unexpectedly, I had been left and asked for a separation/divorce after a 34 year marriage. Dustin showed a true genuine concern not only for my legal welfare, but my overall health and well-being. When my emotions were all over the place and I often wanted to react out of hurt and resentment, he was my calm in the storm, tried his very best to help me stay focused on what was in my best interest, and to as what Dustin would say, "Stick to the Nuts n Bolts" and only responding to those aspects that would help me get the most favorable outcome. In my case, it was protecting my retirement which I will be looking at in just a couple of years. Dustin was able to help us negotiate and sign a separation agreement that allowed me to keep my retirement intact and solely mine when I do retire. This has truly been the most painful experience of my life. I have no doubt, that without Mr McCrary, I would not have survived this ordeal and maintained my self-worth, begin to recover, and start a new life with the best settlement that I could have achieved. He was my advocate, my adviser, and my trusted friend when I needed him most. I will forever be indebted for his services.

Both Dustin and his paralegal Debbie were among the most pleasant and efficient people I've ever dealt with in the legal system. Dustin's office always answered me and he himself was never far behind to follow up on any concern i had.

Mr Mattox is great, his paralegal Fowler however is awful. She is unprofessional with her multicolored font, emojis, and poor grammatical skills. She waited until the last minute to ask us for paperwork that she could have gotten herself weeks ago (which is her job to do anyway not mine) and the documents weren't even required. Not happy with her service at all.

Dustin did a geat job handling my seperation and divorce. He put up with my many questions and insecurites but ended up getting me a settlement that 95% of divorce men would live for. I would highly recommend him. He was always there and responded to my questions promptly.

Mr. McCrary obviously cares about his clients - this is the second time he has handled one of my Daughters transgressions, and in both cases the outcome was much more favorable than even I had hoped.
