Very friendly ,Caring ...

I contacted this man and explained my situation. Told him to contact me back. He totally ignored me. Would not waste my time trying to contact again. He wasted my time.

My daughter and I were in a car wreck and the insurance company wasn't being fair so we both hired Davis Poisson and we were very happy with his service. His staff and friendly and helpful and I would recommend him to anyone that needs a lawyer.

I live in VA and in April, 2017 I was driving to S. C. and when entering Rockingham, NC I received a speeding ticket of 19 miles over. Due to the miles over I had to appear in front of the DA in May and I was able to move the date to August 15th. I knew I would go down the night before, be driving 4 hours down/4 back and praying the DA would reduce the ticket to 9 miles over. I had several people tell me to hire an attorney...My thoughts were big bucks with no guarantee. On July 25th I thought I would at least call an attorney to discuss my options. I called two attorney offices that day and within two hours I received a call from Pam, Davis assistant. What an awesome experience. She broke down the costs for me, what to expect, emailed me some info and I paid over the phone. On August 3rd I received a follow-up email from Pam that Davis took care of my ticket and it was moved to a improper equipment with no points on my driving record or insurance. I cannot tell you how relived I am and so glad I decided to make the phone call! It was truly a positive experience! Thank you Pam and Davis!

I hired Davis to represent me on a personal injury case and he and his staff have been wonderful. He is thorough and very knowledgeable. Davis communicated with me to keep me up to date on any developments with my case, and he was very professional when dealing with the insurance company. He is a tough negotiator and was able to get me a great settlement. Davis will be my first call if I need an attorney again in the future. I have already recommended him to family and friends.

My wife had a bad wreck while pregnant, medical bills were associated, driver was texting. Short of providing some documents, Mr. Poisson handled it from beginning to end and got my money back.

Davis was very diligent in my case, he got me the results that I needed and took excellent care of me during a very difficult time! (I was in a serious car accident when pregnant, a Workers Comp and PI case) Davis took care of everything, was polite and proactive and allowed for me to focus on new motherhood and recovery instead of insurance companies and courts!!! Davis answered all my questions thoroughly and always picked up and returned my calls and emails. He even went out of his way to deliver a check to me 1 hour away from his office. Amazing person and attorney, you are in WONDERFUL hands here.

Had land sign over to me they wrote in wrong address in, now i don't receive mail like suppose too had to get it redone like should done first place. went twice lady told me had to go register deed place myself and do it.
