Mr. Hardy got the job done. He was available from start to finish and knows what he is doing. I would definitely recommend him. His assistant Julie is always very knowledgeable and wonderful!!

He can be sorta gruff and bluntly to the point. He’s got a low tolerance for nonsense, best of all from the other side. But whatever you need done, will get done and get done fast and to your benefit. He’s a winner!

Mr. Hardy spent 10 minutes of his time rudely and unprofessionally berating me without giving me the opportunity to explain what my actual question was in regards to a bankruptcy case that involves my assets. He was in my opinion belligerent and hateful, with his legal advice being essentially that I should shut up and listen, rather than explain my legal representation needs. Although I am prepared to hire and pay a quality attorney to represent my interests, clearly, it was more valuable for him to arrogantly demean an educated woman, rather than represent his profession respectfully. I would highly recommend using any other attorney over than this one. A clear example of why attorneys have such a negative reputation in the general community.
