You will be highly satisfied with Mr. Hardy....I was involved in a highly contested, high conflict, long and drawn out custody battle. It was a 5 year ordeal. My emotions were everywhere. My daughter was 18 months at the start. I was terrified and didnt know what to expect. He led me through every step of the legal processes. He told me the brutal truth of worst case scenarios. I like that honesty in an attorney. There is no need to sugarcoat things. I did as he said, even at times when I thought it wasnt right. He knows exactly what he is doing. He was always right. He is aggressive and smart as a whip. He can get the truth out of a lying man, that is for sure. After many hearings and yes some did not go my way, because of legal guidelines, I was finally awarded full custody of my Daughter. It was an emotional ordeal and Mr. Hardy became our advocate and biggest supporter, during such trying times. He didnt miss a beat and remembered details about my case sometimes better than myself. I highly recommend him in custody. Bankruptcy isnt his only expertise. He also helped me resolve a driving violation in a timely manner with ease. He is fair and well worth it...these delicate matters need not be taken lightly, Mr. Hardy will work hard for you.

Did not know what he was doing and was highly unprofessional in a child custody case! I lost custody to my Ex who was dating a registered sex offender at the time. Also during my cu custody fight I got a traffic violation for speeding. I signed a waiver to not appear in court for a traffic ticket, he was to handle the ticket case. Instead I had my license revoked for not showing up to court. And he wanted more money to fix that problem. I would have a chimpanzee as my lawyer then to have him as mine again. The only thing he's good at is bankruptcy.

I hired this attorney to represent me in a custody case. He spoke very highly and accomplished for hire. I paid a one time flat fee to have him try the full case. Upon entering the courtroom he encouraged me to take the offer for joint custody that the other attorney offered instead of assisting me with understanding my options. The custody battle I endured was truly about the safety of my child given his father's past parenting issues. I did not receive thruthful explanations of different types of custody. He informed me that there is no difference between the types of custody. After court when my attorney finalized the visitation order with the opposing counsel, I noticed that she had changed several pertinent things in it including renaming the order from visiting order to custody order. This attorney advised me to sign it. I consulted with another attorney who clearly confirmed all of my doubts about the current counsel and the legal explanations she provided and encouraged. I quickly released this attorney and requested a refund because we had gotten through half of the case. He refused although he knew I had been out of work for over a year. I do not recommend this attorney as I did not feel he provided knowledgeable counsel.

I am a creditor (Won small claims case) and the person owing me money filled for Bankruptcy. Well, I had no idea what to do to get my money that I was owed.
