Mrs Cox was my attorney for my separation and divorce. Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to retain her again when my ex husband was not doing as he should have been doing according to my papers. Mrs Cox exceeded all my expectations. She is very compassionate and understanding of situations beyond our control. She has many years of experience and knowledge. She answered all my questions in a quick and timely manner., returns all emails and phone calls in the same way. Her door was always open. I highly recommend her and her law firm to anyone in need of a highly experienced attorney. Her knowledge of the law always impresses me as does she. Her legal assistant is also impeccable. Melanie Cox is a family oriented attorney who is a mother herself. She truly empathizes with her client's situation and makes a difficult experience more bearable. Her experience really shows in the details whether it is in her office, via emails, or teleconferences. Her assertiveness in the court room is truly a benefit to her clients. She takes the case very personal as if she was in your position. Melanie is also very mindful of the hours charged and looked for ways to minimize the client’s financial burden.
