I would like to thank Joshua Nielsen for representing me on an out-of-state speeding ticket. Ticket issued in North Carolina and I reside in South Carolina. He was able to represent me and thereby I didn't have to appear in court. He was able to get my speeding violation reduced and no point were accessed on my insurance. They quickly took care of an improper movement ticket that my girlfriend received in Sylva. Appeared for her in court, also, so she didn't even have to miss class that day. I was a first time offender for a DWI when I drove through a checkpoint near Asheville, NC. I reached out to Josh and he was incredibly helpful explaining the process and what I should expect. He was able to get me a limited driving license for work quickly and I only was without driving privileges for 10 days. He has several certifications in regards to DWI charges and has done the training for what the cops do when they pull you over. He looked for loopholes and anything to help me out but unfortunately I drove through a checkpoint run by well trained state troopers. NC has very little forgiveness for DWIs but Josh did everything he could to make sure I could get to and from work and continue my daily life with little inconvenience. He also has great recommendations for the local classes and community service you will have to do.
