Difficult and trying experience to say the least. After respectfully requesting the courtesy of a return call so that Mr. Weaver could offer an apology to my wife after treating her with disrespect, he not only refused to reply, but then accused me of leaving threatening messages. Not a gentleman by the definition with which I was raised.

Me Weaver and his staff handled our closing very poorly. They did not return phone calls at all but answered some questions by email only. They sent me an alarming message that my check from closing wasn't good but when I called to find out what happened, Mr Weaver started yelling at me saying " just call the police" and "I guess I'll just fire her (his assistant)". Very, very unprofessional behavior.

Joel Weaver is a good attorney and a good and honest man. When I sold real estate, I sent several clients to him. When I recently bought a home, I had him do the the closing. Next time I have a real estate transaction, I will engage Joel to represent me.
