Gave one star...because there isn't an option for zero. This was a laughable experience talking with ANYONE at this office so far. I hope you do your research and find a lawyer that actually wants to fight for you, or that will even speak. Check around before she makes another terrible example out of your case, too. The lady up front said "Only lawyers are able to speak to her, and they talk that lawyer mumbojumbo...so, let your lawyer talk to her so you understand..." (Excuse me while I catch my breath, from laughing) Update: even her response to a review is untrue, and not even allowed to post this type of response if she had actually sent an eviction notice?? So she made a fake thank you 5 star review on herself.(check out how many other reviews those accounts have made...) Hahaha and look how fast she responded to that fake review. That's faster than, and more than she's done on, any clients case that I've heard of. Good luck folks. Only telling my experience

My phone consultation with attorney Jane Dearwester was not only informative but pleasant. She was very personable and put me at ease while asking questions and gathering information. She provided me with functional legal advice and recommendations.

Firm Subpoenaed my wife to report @0900 for a case that was not going to be heard till 1400. NOONE showed till almost 1400. The Judge told her she didn't have to be there till 1400. My wife drive 2 hours to be there @0900. We questioned the office about it BEFORE the trail date and even today when I called them in order to get her mileage reimbursement, they still insist that it was appropriate. She lost a day of work but they didn't care to ask about that before the office person ran me off the line. BTW they lost the case before even 1 witness was called so a complete waste of time. I will raise to 2 stars if we ever get the money for the mileage, which they couldn't even tell me what the amount per mile was, like the rate changes alot, just weird.

Same as other reviews…unacceptable lack of communication and never available when they are supposed to be communicating with you. Even when appt made for phone conversation I was blown off/ignored.

Shockingly, astoundingly bad experience. If you want someone who says they will do something, and then resoundingly fail to do even the smallest part of it, for weeks at a time, while not communicating with you about what is going on, or responding to your requests for an update, Martha is your person. Couldn't even do the first simple step that, according to her, would take an hour. I simply can't believe how a "professional" can conduct themselves and their business this way, but I suppose that could explain why 2 out of 3 reviews are 1 star (I am suspicious of that good one). Oh, and so you know, she'll invite you to her office without informing you that she is planning on charging you ($300!!) for that conversation. Yes, this is a violation of the bar associations "Rules of Professional Conduct. Such charges need to be disclosed up front. Actually, a lot of her actions, or failure to act, is in violation of these rules. Do yourself a favor. Look elsewhere (and not to Kirk Kirkpatrick, where I ran into similar issues. At least he apologized after for not getting to the task. Martha just continued to ghost me).

We hired King Law offices to walk us through a very overwhelming process of getting my mother in laws affairs in order. They were compassionate at all times, we were thankful for there services.

We enjoyed working with King Law offices. They were prompt, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Kaitlin Myers was very helpful during our consultation and throughout the process. We would highly recommend king law for your legal needs!

Sent email to this attorney and never heard back. Also-hired this attorney last year and he is not a fighter for your cause. If you need an attorney to prep you for court properly, this is not the guy.
