I was so fortunate to have James Minick as my lawyer. He provided an aggressive defense, but was ethical in the way he went about it - in his dealings with me, the police, and the court. I truly respect him as a person and he respected me back. He kept me in the loop as the case progressed and fought for months to get my case dismissed, which it finally did. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me through this difficult experience. Now I have my life back, and I am grateful to Mr. Minick for that.

I grew up with both Jake Minick and Rob Gilligan. They are both are solid individuals and they are men of character and strong moral fiber.
