I basically paid the $3000 retainer just to have two phones where they didn’t even take the right information. Paid $250 an hour to have them type up a custody order with completely wrong details (twice) when my case involves a sex offender and the safety of my child. I felt very upset and asked for my remaining funds, walked away paying $1,100 for 2 phone calls where I wasn’t even listened to. If you have a custody case that is going to be “complicated” or looking for a lawyer that will make you feel like you have a chance, I recommend someone else.

Second time I’ve used Mr. Earwoods services and he does not disappoint. Got my speeding ticket dropped down to improper equipment and no points and my insurance didn’t go up. This time I was happy with how fast everything went since I was in a time pinch. Definitely should use him for any traffic tickets. Staff is very friendly and responds fast.

I am totally impressed with the law office of Nathan Earwood! Due to several surgeries this year I was unable to attend court for a speeding ticket in Waynesville city limits. Just one call, and they stepped up the the plate for me, and took care of my situation!! Nothing but total respect for this law firm! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
