I hired Robert Gilligan to represent me on a number of different issues, and have been thrilled with his representation of me each and every time. Robert Gilligan is the lead attorney for the Minick Law Office in Waynesville, NC, and has worked on cases for me in practice areas including civil litigation, estate planning, and family law. I have also referred him to family friends who had criminal issues, and he worked very hard on their cases. this was a 4 year old DUI case Robert Gilligan took my case cause he new i was honest with him and telling him the truth i plied my case to him he had faith in my plea to him i did not drive while impaired and I'm free having a chance to be with my kid's a single mother who can finely move on with her life. My ex-husband died one day after our divorce was final, leaving no will. He was living in another state at the time of his death and I was (am) living in a home co-owned with him in NC. My ex- husband had removed the property title from the house when he left; and his children are the legal heirs to any of his property. Mr. Gilligan secured a title for me and has been working with my ex-husband's son to make certain that I will not be inconvenienced and to assure that I am treated fairly. Although the situation is ongoing, I'm already sure that Robert will continue to work on my behalf to a satisfactory conclusion. He has kept me informed on all aspects in record time (confirming all conversations with email to ensure clarity) and has quickly responded to my calls. Mr. Gilligan charged me a very reasonable amount for his services and he has worked hard to stay within his original quote. Robert Gilligan is not the first attorney I've engaged in my lifetime; and although I'm retired, my career was one where I dealt with attorneys on a regular basis. Having had a considerable amount of dealings with attorneys in my lifetime, I am still very impressed with Rob in many ways, especially for such a young attorney, First of all, he's knowledgeable, efficient and affordable (the basics). Secondly, I'm most impressed with his sincerity, honesty and demeanor. Lastly and more importantly, is is clear that he truly cares about doing the best he can for his client. Unless, it is not possible for some reason to secure Robert Gilligan's services, I would not have any one else handle any legal needs I may have in the future.
