My experience with Timothy R. Lewis during my legal proceedings was vastly different from one claim here. I found Mr. Lewis to be a dedicated and knowledgeable attorney who approached my case with professionalism and care. His ability to remain calm under pressure and methodically build a strong argument was invaluable during an emotionally charged custody matter. Contrary to claims of negligence or passivity, Mr. Lewis was thoroughly prepared and actively engaged throughout the process. During cross-examinations, his note-taking was not a sign of inaction but rather a deliberate strategy to counter key points effectively when it was his turn to speak. His measured approach allowed him to craft well-reasoned responses, rather than reacting impulsively, which ultimately worked to my benefit. What stood out most about Mr. Lewis was his unwavering commitment to ensuring that the child’s best interests remained at the forefront of every discussion. He was proactive in addressing potential safety concerns and ensured that all relevant evidence was presented clearly and persuasively. Working with Timothy R. Lewis on my estate planning was an absolute relief during a process I was honestly dreading. I had no idea where to start, and the thought of organizing everything felt overwhelming. Tim made the whole experience straightforward, approachable, and even comforting. From thestart, he took the time to really listen to my concerns and what I wanted for my family’s future. He broke everything down into simple terms without making me feel lost in legal jargon. I never felt rushed or like my questions were silly—he was patient and always willing to explain things in a way I could understand. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and how much he genuinely cared about making sure everything was set up exactly the way I wanted. He covered all the bases—my will, a trust, and even some things I hadn’t thought of, like a power of attorney and healthcare directives. He thought ahead for things I never would have, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Tim was also incredibly organized and efficient. He didn’t waste my time but still made sure I was comfortable with every step. By the end, I felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders knowing everything was in place for my family’s future.

He was completely inadequate to handle my custody matter. Because of him & his extremely poor representation, my daughter is in danger. He has no clue what he's doing. He will not stand up for you. He will sit there and scribble notes while you're on the stand getting torn apart by the opposing party. Do NOT use him. If my daughter were to get abused again, Tim will be part to blame for that.

Attorney' Lewis has not yet went in front of the Judge or D.A to debate any of my cases yet only bc my court date was continued. But so far.. From just meeting him, talking with him about myself & my case, and planning with him.. Seems like he is a "Radical" lawyer to have appointed. Sounds, acts and carries himself in a very proffesional style. Sooo.... High hopes tht he does an amazing job with my case and i can go on about my life. Heehee. Mr. Lewis was appointed to represent me in some criminal matters in Haywood County. From the beginning, he was very good with communication and let me know that my case mattered to him. He told me to have confidence in him for a trial. The Judge found me not guilty and I owe it all to Mr. Lewis. He was incredibly professional.
