My deed was recorded incorrectly resulting in over 900 additional dollars in expenses... It has taken a full year to track down all the corrective documents to record and still hasn't refunded the promised 600+ of the 900 this cost me ... No apologies, now follow up or follow through and no direct response on phone by the attorney that fouled it up ... Please find another real estate attorney that will take your title seriously.

Chris did our house closing recently, and he was very efficient in getting our reports to us to set up the closing on a house we were purchasing.
