I lost a great friend and mentor a few months ago and I learned that he did not have a Wiil & Trust in place at the time of his death. I later learned his children from a previous marriage did not receive one single cent or momentous item from their father since he was married a second time. Estate planning can be a daunting process. My wife and I had a ton of questions about how to cover all eventualities properly and how all the pieces would fit together. I’m so happy that we were referred to PWT. Our attorney Elijah was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us despite the avalanche of questions we had. He explained the process to us in painstaking detail. He made sure to not only tell us what he was recommending, but why he was recommending each suggestion. His knowledge and demeanor instilled confidence. He used real world scenarios gleaned from information we shared with him and made sure we were crystal clear about everything. We felt very well taken care of throughout the process. Once the planning stage was over we received (and continue to receive) very thorough support from Rhianna, Sarah, and Bridget. The creation of our Will and Trust went very smooth with Mr. Fox and his staff. His explanation of the process was thorough yet easy to understand. We were very pleased with the finished Trust documents.

We recently had the opportunity to work with Providence Wills and Trusts to update our wills and generate a trust. The team of attorney Richard W. Fox supported by Sarah McClendon and Rhiannon Kriessler made the process quick and efficient. Initially,, Rhiannon made our appt. and sent us the background paperwork we needed to fill out prior to our preliminary meeting with Mr. Fox. At that meeting Richard carefully explained how the various legal documents work together which enabled us to determine which direction we needed to take. Their team then prepared the documents and met our timeline for review and final approval. They sent us the documents prior to our final meeting to check for errors and they were flawless. During our final (2nd meeting) meeting Richard took the time to thoroughly review each document and explain all the salient points. He cleared up the questions we had as well. Then Sarah and Rhiannon compiled all the information into a notebook that Sarah went over with us at the end to show us where each of the key documents were located. We found this whole process was much easier than expected and can highly recommend them.
