Good people and very knowledgeable about all things small business. I enjoyed working with Zachary Setzer and his staff. They always make me feel supported and understood.

We met with the Providence team, to create the full suite of estate documents. Their process of collecting all the data points, vetting out what we were trying to accomplish, educating us on the process, and data collection was second to none. The steps were well played-out, the conversations were structured, efficient and comprehensive. Making, what seems complex, understandable, and effective. Very happy with outcome.

I felt that the office staff were exceptionally professional and polite. They were always more than ready to lend a hand. My Lawyer, Mr Richard Fox was exceptional in guiding me through this rather difficult but highly necessary task.

There is a huge difference using a law firm that specializes in estate planning vs one that does not. I had been putting off updating my current Will after relocating to NC. I did not have any references ; however, I googled "the best estate planning attorney near me" then literally prayed , trusting GOD for who was best for me. He is thorough and knowledgeable; making me aware of some things that I should consider and that I had not thought of, nor was mentioned by the prior attorney of another firm. These were very useful in accomplishing my goals. Mr. Jenkins, Rhiannon and Bridget are excellent to work with. They are efficient, professional, patient , kind, understanding and assuring. We have recently completed our estate planning and trust and would highly recommend Providence Wills & Trusts. The process was very understandable and at no time did I ever feel pressured to make a decision. Our attorney, Elijah, was very easy to work with and spent considerable amount of time to ensure we understood what was needed and the timeline. Because of the distance we conducted most appointments over the phone, which worked very well. They are upfront with their costs and helped us design the trust that meet our needs. They did not try to "upsell" rather informed us of the best options and allowed us, without pressure, to select what we needed. We were able to include our financial planner in the process to ensure we were all on the same page. The follow-up from the office staff was great and they were available for any questions we had. I knew what was happening each step of the way. They are very organized, efficient and made the process as clear as possible.
