I paid for a consultation with John Kilby on a real estate matter. I was disappointed with his knowledge and understanding of the state and county real estate ordinances and later found that some of the advice he gave was inaccurate. His manner was a little gruff. I would not recommend him for any detailed advice regarding real estate, but might use him for a simple real estate closing.
