I ran into legal issues that ended up costing me 30 days in the county jail or $100,000.00 secured bond. The court appointed attorney the court gave me did nothing at all to help me. Would not look at any paper work or documents that i had to show the judge that day, he just allowed them to arrest me without saying a word on my behalf. I posted bail , met with Mr. Gore just the day before i was suppose to reappear in court for the same charges. After he looked through the papers i had and he then realized what i had been trying to beat into the last attorneys brain he immediately made 2 calls sitting there in front of me and had everything sorted out and ready for the following day. We went before the judge the next morning and everything against me had been thrown out and dropped as well as everything i wanted and and was asking for in return was granted to me. Needless to say i was very very pleased with the way my case was handled by him. So i have now come back to him again today for another case i have and met with his daughter, Terra. which was just as knowledgeable and well educated about it all. She took time with me to explain every case scenario that i could be looking at tomorrow in court. Both Mr Gore and his daughter are very kind patient and understanding people from what i can tell by meeting with them and having them in my side these couple of times now. They are very professional and understanding, as well as compassionate they actually listen to what you have going on without holding judgement against you. They understand that people screw up from time to time and make mistakes along the way. They don't act as if they are smarter than you or as if they know it all....they are very humble and just all around nice people....their receptionist, forgive if im wrong but i believe her name was Zilla??.. lol. But she was just as sweet humble and helpful as Mr Gore and Mrs Terra. And if you choose to use them then maybe you'll get lucky like me and be greeted by their sweet little boy leather-face... he's such a gentle doll baby. But all in all they have all been a true pleasure to work with... i would rehire them any day hands down for any case in the future...that's how much faith i have in them.

When I hire an attorney to fight a ticket, I think they should actually fight the ticket. This is just a handshake deal with the court, everybody gets paid, wink wink, thanks for coming. You end up paying more than the ticket cost - only benefit is keeping it off your insurance record.
