From the moment I called, Mr. Murphy returned my call promptly and provided a free consultation over the phone. He was extremely knowledgeable and seemed genuinely eager to help me navigate this stressful situation. Even though the firm no longer handles settlement conversations, Mr. Murphy took the time to coach me on how to effectively manage the settlement process on my own. He provided valuable guidance on what to expect and how to approach the conversation, which gave me a significant boost in confidence. Additionally, Mr. Murphy helped me understand the process of filing an answer to the lawsuit and requesting an extension of time, allowing me more time to gather funds before the settlement conversation. While I ultimately decided to have the firm handle those documents to save time and avoid potential errors, the price they charged was very affordable and reasonable. Communication wasn’t the best… just didn’t get any info of any kind at all during the process which was unnerving. I requested info but they said there was none. End result was proper though. A proper outcome I’m willing to accept and it turned out better than expected. They were prompt in responding to emails, just very direct, short, limited to no information.
