Excellent service at a very good price.

I retained Mr. Allard recently to represent me in a vehicle violation, and I am so glad that I did- he was able to handle my case with tact and professionalism, and resolve it to my greatest satisfaction. Audrey was excellent to speak with any time I had a question, and everyone he put me into contact with at every stage of the case was fantastic. He is the only attorney I would recommend in the Cape Fear area.

Emily Jones Queen of Burney Jones Law in Wilmington NC, is a fantastic attorney. Not only did she help me in getting, not one, but two DUIs dismissed, but she also took a sincere interest in me as a person. She was completely sympathetic to my unique situation. After it was all over, I wanted to pay her more for her services, as she took my case on in the capacity of a court-ordered public defender. Talk about the best luck ever! I just felt as though I still owed her so much. But she informed me that that would be entirely unethical and refused outright. She is a very kind, caring and upstanding person and attorney. Mr. Allard doesn’t just go to battle for you legally, he fights for you spiritually. The man is a modern day legal gunslinger. Don’t let his boots distract you from his angel wings. Truly felt that he wanted and got the best for me possible. Forever in his debt for all he’s done for me and my family.

VERY DISPLEASED & UNSATISFIED he was suppose to be returning a percentage of the $27k trial fee that was paid in full and refused too. If I knew a complaint with the state bar could’ve been filed I would’ve completed the necessary paperwork. Some lawyers do excellent work but become greedy and don’t follow law.

We just did our estate package with Scott. It was seamless from start to finish. He kept it simple, yet comprehensive, all with a smile on his face. He went above and beyond and we would recommend him to everyone.
