Hello my boyfriend had gotten into some trouble with a hit and run and driving with a suspended license. He already had some problems in the past as well. He just wanted to move on with his life and get out of trouble. I talked to several different attorneys and did not like their success rates. I spoke with Mr. Wagoner he answered all of my questions with ease and not irritation. I hired him on the spot! He got the two charges dismissed! Mr. Wagoner is a great attorney he communicated and did an excellent job. I would hire him and only him for any future services (hopefully there will be none) but if so he will be my first call!

I was a client for Merritt back in 2010 and he drugged my case out till the summer of 2012 and did absolutely nothing for me. Pleas guilty on my behalf and I blew a .08, he did not whatsoever try to fight for me and stole $1500 dollars from me basically.
