I contacted them to ask for advice. I spoke to the attorney James on the way home from work. So with that being said they are very accommodating. I was given great advice that should be helpful with my situation. I truly appreciated his honesty and would recommend them to anyone.

In a utility easement situation and Mr. Seay was able to give me great information right over the phone and redirected me back to the lending lawyers... He said something that most attorney wouldn't have told me but I'm grateful that I called him and he informed me to the appropriate people. If I was in the Wilmington area and needed a real estate lawyer. I would get him. Thanks again and again for that time.
