I don't know I have to call them I haven't ever received a call from them. They don't have time I guess to give updates or tell you how the case is going.

I hire this law firm due to having multiple injuries. Debra Murray was my point of contact and she worked very hard on my case gathering all the information for my complicated case. She was always there when I need a question answered or some help. Mr. Everhart was very professional and detailed when it came time to put my case forth. I was very pleased with everything. Thanks for the help..

After my consultation and providing the necessary documents, I was able to sit back and let this team do what they do best. No back and forth, no going it alone with insurance companies. It was really that simple for me. Attorney Everhart was great to work with and got me what I feel was a more than fair settlement in my case. I would definitely recommend.

I've dealt with DAvid and Associates before with a car accident that occurred. I met with an attorney with the firm, Mrs. Deborah who took excellent care of me and the situation. Very responsive. Kept me up to date on everything concerning my wreck, and was very polite and professional about everything. I'm currently going through them again because unfortunately I've been involved in another accident. But rest assured I know I'm in great hands thats I'm back with them again! I enlisted the help of David & Associates after sustaining injuries in a car accident in December. This was the first time I need the assistance of an attorney, so I wasn’t sure where to go for help. David and Associates came highly recommended by a friend and relative. I was so glad for the recommendation. During my initial meeting with Stuart Smith, I felt a great sense of relief and comfort. He listened carefully and answered all of my questions with greater detail and explanation than expected. I was certain his time was valuable and the meeting would be rushed, but it was the complete opposite. He took the time to make sure I completely understood the process and what was expected for my case. What I appreciated most was the assurance David & Associates provides. The firm’s primary goal is to maintain a good reputation in the community as being a firm of integrity and satisfaction to their clients. Since meeting with Stuart, I’ve been in constant communication with his assistant, Joy Harmon. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with through this ordeal. She goes above, beyond and then some to make sure my treatment is going well and assisted with final settlement for my vehicle, although it was out of the scope of her responsibilities. She is very polite, knowledgeable and thorough. What I appreciate most is how often she takes the time just to touch base to see how things are coming along. Aside from maintaining a professional relationship with a client, I can tell she actually cares. The accident was unfortunate and due to no fault of my own.
