Professional law firm. The staff is pleasant, compassionate, and patient, which is great since cases take several months to several years to resolve. We got thorough explanations about everything and always received responses in a timely manner. I would recommend this law firm to anyone in need of one.

I regret choosing this firm. My “case manager”, Lexie, was condescending and thoroughly unhelpful. My attorney, Everhart, secured a depressingly weak settlement and failed/forgot to secure my MedPay like he assured me that he would....resulting in the further loss of $150. My MULTIPLE complaints were flatly ignored. My MULTIPLE requests to meet/speak with Ann David to lodge my complaints were also flatly ignored. They do not care. I would NEVER suggest that anyone experience the disappointment and frustration that I feel, and I would never subject myself to it again. Fool me once...

Mr Everhart was a huge help in my case. He is a professional and was able to get things moving fast. I would recommend him to everyone.

My case started as an over the road truck driver, I was employed in NC and following my third surgery moved to PA and recieved a foutrh . During this time my case turned into special claims, and was turned over to a complete new medical team.
