This was my first time working with a law firm. I had a complicated case with a car accident that involved two insurance companies disputing liability. It was a lengthy process but Stuart Smith and his assistant Jennifer Kozlof helped me through the process to get the best outcome possible. I appreciated their professionalism and support and would highly recommend David and Associates.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read my review. My opinion of David and Associates is very poor. They do not take the time to actually understand what the situation is with their clients. It seems like they're more worried about their nice watches or paying their high mortgages. Very poor representation, and they try to persuade you to take anything that is offered just so they can wash her hands of the case and get paid and move on to the next one. I have had personal experience with a lawyer at this firm. Since then I have not contacted then again at a loss of $300 to me personally. I was willing to take the loss in order just to quit getting the runaround from the people over there. For the love of God, please find another Law Firm to take care of any of your needs. Do not waste your hard-earned money putting it into those people's pockets. Do not hire David and Associates! Do not hire anyone from David and Associates! I personally know Phillip David and his staff. Not only was I a client and they did an amazing job protecting me when I had an accident, but I know help their clients when they are in an auto accident. There are a lot of law firms out there, David and associate attorneys like Stuart Smith go above and beyond to make sure accident victims are not cheated by unscrupulous Insuance companies who would otherwise take advantage of N.C. citizens.

Great group of people. They were very helpful and always stayed in touch with me and kept me up to date on my case. Would highly recommend them! Also Mrs. Joy was very sweet and always kept me up to date with everything! :)
