While I rarely write reviews, my experience with Attorney Gint compelled me to share my story to help others in similar situations. After receiving a citation in Wilmington for failure to yield right of way, I contacted several law firms as a first-time offender. Most only connected me with receptionists or assistants who took notes - and while I appreciate legal support staff, I wanted to speak directly with the attorney who would represent me in court. Attorney Gint stood out from our first conversation. He listened patiently to my situation and thoroughly explained all possibilities, from best to worst-case scenarios, including insurance implications and DMV points. I have had to hire a few attorneys in the past ten years to help with my son who seems to attract trouble. Gint Krulikas is the best! First of all, Gint communicates with you the whole time. Phone calls and emails- he stays in touch and I can get ahold of him. He has a system a if you follow it- he will get your problem solved. Gint has a great reputation so when your dealing with people- they say Gint is the Best, it gives you confidence that your case is going to turn out ok.

I had some charges from a deferred prosecution 12 years ago which I thought were gone due to completing the program prescribed by the courts back then. I consulted a few attorneys about the issue. Gint was the only one who didn't make it into a big convoluted thing i.e. didn't shower me with legal mumbo jumbo and act like it would be like moving mountains to get done. He also charged more than 2x less than the other attorneys. I was kind of worried at first because it seemed too good to be true; but after he took my one-time payment, Gint was always easy to get hold of via phone to answer questions and keep me updated on the process. In terms of the expunction, everything was done correctly

Gint was able to talk to the DA or assistant DA before my court date for possession and and possession of paraphernalia and gave me the opportunity to do community service and my charges have been expunged with no court date or anything.

Gint was incredible. He came with a game plan from day one and followed through on anything he said he could. This was one of the most stressful scenarios of my entire life and he made it a smooth and predictable experience. I would recommend him to anyone without reservation!
