Kevin is professional and he worked diligently on our case. He was straight forward with all outcomes and most importantly kept us informed of any new updates and he educated me on the law. This was an extremely tough case & the results were better than what we expected. I couldn't have picked a better lawyer. Kevin did an outstanding job with my case, he was great at communicating and explaining everything that was going to happen. He was always there when I needed him and alway returned my calls or emails in a timely manner. He will have your back and give you the best result in my opinion. When I was arrested my bond was outrageous but Kevin was able to get it SIGNIFICANTLY lowered. In September I forgot I had a .380 in my backpack when going through security at the Wilmington airport. The DA has also recently taken a tougher stance on any gun charges due to a spike in gun violence in New Hanover County. Kevin was able to get my charge dropped at the first court date. Long story short. I moved away to Greensboro to attend college after high school in 2000. Around 2003/04 my childhood home became vacant, however my mail was still going there. Someone obtained blank checks that were mailed there and used them without my knowledge. I moved to Maryland after college in 2004. Fast forward 16 years later, I ran a background check on myself and discovered these fraudulent checks and cases against me in New Hanover County dating back to 2004. I contacted Kevin and the firm. I explained everything I knew and didn't know. Kevin sounded confident that he would be able to assist. I hired Kevin. I flew down in Feb of 2020 and appeared before the sheriff to be served on these charges. Once I left Kevin and his team handled everything. They got these charges dismissed and I also re-hired them to get them expunged. I feel they were affordable and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

If I were able to rate Kevin and his team more than a 5 Star i would. I got into some legal issues in varies counties and Kevin was able to get the results that i needed. Being that this was my first time dealing with the law. Kevin made me feel at ease in times where i felt stressed. Let me not forget about Cailin the office paralegal.
