Assigned attorney contacts me for the 1st time 5 months into them taking my case. Contact was scheduled from an email sent Friday after hours scheduling a phone conference for Monday 4 pm July 3. Attempts were made at 8am this morning to confirm this phone conference. Finally received confirmation @ 3:06pm. @4:30 I called the office and finally @ 5:30 was explained every which way why they were wanting removed from my case. This being done when a hearing is scheduled for July, 5. Wasted 5+ months from February to July with no interaction with the actual attorney. Paralegal lied in regards to info provided them before ever signing. 100% Inconsiderate and non communicative. Attempted for weeks at a time for a simple response only to receive partial info. Every phone call " sorry they have stepped out of the building" absolutely do not have the clients best interest in mind almost as if they work for the opposition and not their clients.

Personal and professional at the same time. Very welcoming and straight to the point when needed.
