Horrible communication, but they have to energy to be very attitude savy. No one is ever on the same page there. They mislead and drag you through the process, to give you excuses and short you from your settlement. My household has spent THOUSANDS trying to get by from an auto accident that wasn’t our family’s fault. Waiting on the case to be finished only to be drug in more circles. I feel like this office( or at least my households team) was definitely NOT worth dealing with. 2/10. From the back and forth,to the confusion and excuses…
Would NOT recommend to ANYBODY.

I'd recommend this firm to anyone Very professional nice friendly never a bother calling them I almost called everu week I moved out of state Marcia was very prompt with all documents and Maggie as well Special Thanks to Brittany Eudy who negotiated more than they offered and was precise with her timeliness even if she was too busy to take call she responded right away I'm well pleased again Thanks

Brian and Julie work selfless when it came to helping me. Julie was awesome with communicating and answering all questions, she gave me that listening ear when all o could do was cry. Brian was absolutely amazing! He understood my situation in my life at the time and the impact it had on me, he truly look at things from my eye view and gain my trust and respect during my case.
