Ashley and Nicole are the dynamic duo of law.Not only did they handle the legal side of my situation and bring me the win, but they might as well add psychology to their resume how they are able hear you out when your venting your concerns and ease your stress in a very tumultuous situation. My case was very complex with multiple facets all happening at the same time and Ashley was able to keep up with it all. And even when the odds seemed to be against us, she brought home the win for justice to prevail. I would definitely recommend Speakslaw if you have any law matters under their umbrella!

*I don't know what happened to my review. But, here it is again* Speaks law group helped us with my husband's case. He was injured on the job and we didn't know how to proceed. After free advice for the first couple months. We signed papers for them to deal with the insurance company. A year after our settlement they are still helping us with a bill that was supposedly paid by the insurance company and a missing pay. I know they will straighten everything out for us. I would highly recommend using Speaks Law Firm to anyone!

Currently a client of the firm and Ashley Smith is my lawyer. So far I can not review on her as I am just starting my child custody case. I am from NY and my kids are in NC and I am traveling back and forth. UPDATED 05.17.2021 So far everything has worked out in my favor. Mrs. Smith warned me that it was going to be a long journey through this child custody case and the whole court process (especially with COVID-19). And before she took me on as a client she made sure it was what I wanted. Since then Mrs. Smith has made sure of everything going the way I want. Slowly but surely everything is turning around for the better. And to me my babies will always be worth the fight to protect and show them love is everything. Mrs. Smith is in contact with me and as of right now we are still in court after 2 years.
