The team attend to my situation fairly quick in the beginning, the amount of time during the process took some time with my situation. But at the end it was well worth the wait, the were able to take care of anything relating to medical, car rental, etc. I would highly recommend Speaks Law Firm. What you're reading up top was my first review few months ago when I assumed my whole settlement with the hospitals was handled, not exactly. After I was told everything would be handled or was already handled it came to a surprise that those bills from the hospital had hit into collections and actually put me in a downward spiral where my credit score was affected dramatically. I started to contact Speaks law firm to let them know my situation, I was told numerous times that it will be handled but never was. Rarely anybody would call me back when I left a message, I followed through the whole process as I was told and felt deserted after it all. Now I'm currently dealing with these issues on my own, I trusted the people from Speaks in the very beginning but regreted that after what I've been dealing with these past couple months. I'm still young in my late 20's and was planning to purchase a home but with these medical bills which I was told would be taken care from Speaks has dawned over my financial stability. I truly do not like to speak negative about their firm but I do not want the next person to go through what I'm currently dealing with now. I feel disappointed not only with Speaks law firm, but also with myself for not being more cautious on who I was working with in a case such as this.

The staff was great. Jennifer was very attentive and helpful!

Very incompetent. I called them for a traffic ticket. The day of my court date at 4 PM they called saying they were missing paperwork that I had definitely sent to them. Then they got a continuance for the court date without telling me, and then failed to appear for me. They did fix it, but it was very stressful dealing with them and the new hanover county courts over losing my license over their failure to appear.

Back in 2015 Speaks Law Firm has agreed to represent us in an accident case. A lawyer named Chris was the person that was assigned to our case. once the contract was signed, It was almost impossible to reach them over the phone when needed, it was a huge waste our time. The worst part is, they never contacted us and informed us that they have dropped our case and we found that out from the opposing lawyers. If you want to waste your time and left out in the middle of the case, then call Speaks Law Firm. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Abby at Speaks Law Firm is very friendly and professional!! My boyfriend just got in a car accident not too long ago and she handled everything in a perfect manner. Everytime he had a question, he would call in and she would answer it as best as she could. If she didn't know the answer, she would find out and get back to him ASAP. He never had to wonder what was going on because she made sure to always update him. Thanks Abby, you made a terrible experience much easier!!

Chris Bell did a fantastic job with my speeding ticket. She took her time to make sure we got the optimal outcome. All of this without me having to take time off from work to be present in court. Couldn't be happier with this firm. This is the fourth time my family has used this firm and they have gotten us the best possible outcome every time. Highly recommend.
