I am new to the area, so when I needed assistance with some charges I reached out to several local attorneys. I hired Ms. Bingham because she responded to me very quickly and seemed very knowledgeable. I am very glad I hired her because not once did I feel like she was too busy to assist me and I honestly felt she had my best interest in mind. I am very pleased with the outcome of my case and would highly recommend her to anyone.

As much as I don't want to be in contact with Mr. Wagoner (cause that normally means I'm in trouble) he has come through in the clutch! Merritt has gone to court for me 3 times saving my CDL from Wreckless & Endangerment while doing super speeds on my Motorcyle! I've had plenty of lawyers in my young years but I can tell he actually cares about what you have going on and doesn't judge you on your mistakes that you bring to him....
