I hired Mr. Smith to represent me in a traffic violation that could have resulted in 6 moving violation points on my DMV record and severely effect my insurance premium. Mr. Smith continued to keep me informed that the court dates were being continued because of Covid19. Today he struck a deal with the district attorney that was extremely favorable to me. The result was no moving violation points on my DMV record. He was extremely professional, returned emails promptly, and I would definitely hire him again!

Amanda and Sarah absolutely went above and beyond in what felt like a hopeless, endless game of bullying from the other side. I trusted their direction and followed every word of advice and even when I thought all was lost based on the other sides attempts at completely bashing me and my character, they secured my primary custody and doubled my child support as well as the arrears I was owed. I can not say enough about the personal concern I felt from my conversations with theses ladies as well as their admin staff! Everyone was equally as excited as I was when I won, because they knew and believed I deserved it! My daughter is truly in an ideal situation now because of them and should anything else arise in the future, I WILL only trust them. This team literally saved my life during the most traumatic experience I’ve ever endured. Thank you Mason and Mason Law!

William Smith is a great and erudite counsellor. He proved me innocent despite the Overwhelming discovery and charges brought against me. Stating the facts, he iterated the State of North Carolina has no strong case against me highlighting the elements of false pretenses. I am a free man today and all the charges Dismissed and Dropped because of brazing brilliance and tenacity. He is a Lawyer to watch out for.

Gray helped me with a family matter on a last minute notice (had an ex who made up stuff trying to get me in trouble) He was very thorough in explaining all possibilities and outcomes. He was able to get the case dismissed so I could move on. Very professional, and aggressive enough for my liking. I've worked with a lot of lawyers over the years and never felt as confident about a lawyer as I did with Gray. I highly recommend him.

I absolutely recommend Mason and Mason if you’re looking for the best! They are intelligent and have the resources available to win your case! Irresponsible, Inconsiderate, and Ineffective. The only thing these people have any intention of pursuing zealously is your money, not your interests. Take some good advice, and take a pass. For something to the tune of $6,000 this Law Firm accomplished absolutely ZERO, NOTHING, and left my child out to dry. In fact, three months later it would be fair to say that we are further in the hole. For $6,000 all this firm did was make a deal in court that is apparently not professionally, or ethically, able to be upheld. This is after I was notified 4 days before important documents were due, that were never discussed with me, and they asked for $2000 more if I wanted them to do anything about it, because apparently they drained my balance a month before, which they also neglected to tell me. The list goes on... Unbelievably, somehow at the end of the day for $6,000 these people couldn't even complete an ex parte order, even unsuccessfully... it's actually kind of impressive.

Mr. Smith was referred to me by a friend and absolutely exceeded all expectations. I will be recommending all my family and friends to use Mr. Smith for all their legal needs.

W. Gray Smith was absolutely amazing. He did a wonderful job of walking me through my legal process and answering all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. I was so appreciative that he checked in with me periodically as a matter of courtesy to make sure I was doing alright and had no additional questions. He did his research and made a tricky and specialized situation come together. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Will Gray is a lawyer's lawyer. As a practicing attorney myself, my one pet peeve are attorneys that fail to respond to calls and correspondence. Will is the opposite - he promptly returns all calls and emails and in detailed fashion. Will also got all of my charges dismissed, in no small part due to his close relationships with Assistant District Attorneys. I will recommend him moving forward, and I will use him again.

Gray was amazing every step of the way. He always took or returned emails and phone calls in a timely manner. He was highly understanding of the law and its small idiosyncrasies. He was caring and understanding also of the fact that court cases can be emotional, but he took the time to explain things and calm me down.
