If you expect to get reasonable, weekly updates on your case, this is not the lawyer for you I am sure he is knowledgeable when it comes to law but in his general compassion, I personally feel as though he is lacking. When a lay person is trying to get things done for their loved ones, we need specific time frames and when none is given, of course we are going to follow-up with the lawyer. Mr. Hosford basically chastised me for "wanting to much too soon, wanting me to devote his entire practice to my son etc...no what I needed was some answers to my 5 unanswered texts.How does mr. Hosford expect us to know when or even if he can do something we have asked? My personal opinion is, do not waste your time or money. He accomplished nothing for us in 4 weeks. He didnt even have the decency to go see .my son once while he was in jail.

I would never walk into a courtroom without this man. Unless you want "free rent", you shouldn't either.

I would recommend Merritt Wagoner 10 out of 10 times a 100 percent of the time. I simply cannot thank Merritt Wagoner enough for handling my case and getting everything taken care of. I was in a a tough situation and needed help right away, Merritt was the first to respond and get everything handled. Merritt always responded in a timely matter when I contacted him and provided such great communication through the whole process. He is so good I didn't even have to go too court once. If you are looking for an attorney that will take away the stress, provide great service and make a bad situation good look no further! Merritt Wagoner is the best hands down!!!
