I live in New York and was in the process of selling a home in Wilmington. Aaron and his team made the process totally seamless. I was able to sign/notarize and docusign as I was unable to be in NC. I was trying to leave zero stars, but I was made to select at least one star. I made an initial consultation appointment online, and arrived on time. I was locked out... but I saw the lights were on, so I called the law firm number; and was told that the person I called was working from home, and he could not help me. I told him I was going to use another law firm, and he said "okay" as if he was relieved that I was leaving. Standing up a client, and leaving them locked out in downtown is highly unprofessional.
