Additionally, he is eloquent and succinct in discussing all matters with his clients. Aaron offers an initial free consultation, well worth the time. His helpful advice is spot-on!

I cannot recommend Dave Erwin enough!! I found Wilmington Law Group through the NC Bar website because I needed a lawyer who could do my case pro bono or for super cheap. I am a college student and wasn't expecting to have to pay for something like this. He worked with me and treated me like everybody else, even though I wasn't paying him nearly as much. If you find yourself having a domestic violence case, do not hesitate to hire Dave Erwin!!!

David Ervin is amazing! I was given the office number for Wilmington Law Group by a friend, and called without much hope on Good Friday at 5:15pm. To my pleasant surprise the front office picked up and Dave agreed to take my call when I said I needed to speak to someone right away. Dave chatted with me for over half an hour, and continued to work with me throughout the Easter weekend, and at the same time encouraged me that everything will be fine and to relax and enjoy the holiday weekend with my family! In the end, I wasn't even billed for his time in conversation, just a couple deliverables!
