Terrible communication surrounding house closing. Moved the date three times and changed it without notice. Had to revise the closing document three times. Defensive with questions. Did not send transfer details until asked. Makes you feel like you are privileged by allowing you to have them work on your property. Not that they have an opportunity to work with you and be paid for it. Poorest lawyer or closing company I have worked with over 30 years.

Worst closing ever! Cash buyer- easy deal. Had 1 mt to prepare. Had to do 2 hud statements. Closed after closing date. New home - cash customer still could not answer why attorneys could not close on time. Both brokers both buyers and sellers very disappointed. Just terrible service. Can’t even send docs for online signing. The worst ever!!

JC Hearne and his staff deserve a medal for their outstanding customer service in such an overwhelmingly demanding line of business. They went so far above and beyond in this insane housing market were currently experiencing. This firm cares deeply about each individual deal big or small, and I can tell you from experience they just closed out our fourth deal together. Thank you JC, Stephanie, Michelle, and all the hard working staff.

Our experience with this office has been terrible following our closing. Nearly a month after our closing date, the paralegal (Rachel Kell) contacted us to tell us they lost our closing paperwork due to “confusion around the holidays”. She had to overnight documents for us to sign since we live out of town. I returned those documents and sent an email requesting a follow up phone call for more information and confirmation they received our paperwork. I did not receive a response so I left a voicemail for her. Still no response; now two weeks later. I am very concerned, because within two weeks of my closing I was a victim of identity theft. Ironic in light of the fact that I learned later that this office “lost” our paperwork. Unacceptable for any attorney.
