If your reading this maybe you got a traffic ticket and are out of state and looking for a lawyer. You may have gotten a dozen marketing letters from law firms and are trying to make a choice. Hayes Mann was one of those letters I received. I narrowed down to 3. The first lawyer I talked to pretty much asked for a credit card over the phone in first 90 seconds while driving from what it sounded. A pretty big turnoff on all fronts. I then called Hayes, very professional. I asked what is the likely verdict, how much does it cost, and can we get that in writing. He put me in touch with his personable staff member and same day had everything in writing and paid for. Fees were mostly the court fee and fine and more then reasonable. He took care of it from there, nothing else I had to do, and I got a nice letter day of close to confirm verdict as expected, cost verification inline for what I paid, and that case was closed. Look no further if this is your situation. Thank you Hayes and team.

I was really impressed with how Hayes Mann handled my situation. Samantha and Keila were extremely friendly an d responded to all requests that I put before them. My situation is that I was handling a traffic problem for a relative in NC and I live in WA State. I picked his firm because they were extremely helpful and informative from the first consultation, the only one that was. That Hayes took the time to personally call me with updates was impressive. I made a good choice and would refer them to any North Carolinian.

This office responded to me quickly, and they were very professional and kind. They also got my case dismissed. My experience with the Hayes Mann law firm was smooth, professional, efficient, and effective from start to finish. The staff was courteous and professional. Mr. Mann interviewed me personally. Everything about my case and the steps taken were explained. The fees were reasonable and no outlandish promises were made. The results were better than I expected, and I didn't have to appear and sit in a courtroom during a pandemic. It was well worth the money.
