Tyler the receptionist at this law firm is absolutely amazing. I came to him with very complicated cases. And from my accident, I was diagnosed with PTSD, but I was really happy about is through the process of talking about what I went through again he kept me feeling very comfortable And understood the severity of what I am going through. Haven’t even decided to sign these people on yet, but my first line of communication with them was good. He spent 48 minutes with me over the phone just to collect information.
