Totally inept. Their client, Southeast Foundation repair, had a contract with someone named Scharlene Shea. Shea defaulted, and Southeast Foundation hired Shipman and Wright to collect by placing a lien on her property. BUT, they "accidentaly" filed a lien on MY property! Totally different name, totally different address, totally different town. They didn't catch it when they pulled MY deed and sent the lien to clerk of court for processing. How can you fail to recognize that the name and address on the deed you pulled is not the name and address of the person youre suing?? We received this letter on a Friday evening and waited in Hell all weekend for them to open on Monday. When I called, the person who wrote the letter was away on Maternity leave, and no one else really knew what was going on. Their eventual response was, "Sorry". Sorry for trying to place a TEN THOUSAND DOLLAR LIEN on the wrong property, sorry for putting your family through so much pain and stress... please. Im contacting the NC Bar.

Incredible experienced group with a huge rolodex of influence. Amazed how things that couldn't get done elsewhere were solved here.

Over and beyond excellent service by Jillian Blanchard and William Wright from the very first phone call to assist us with a company legal issue. Shipman & Wright took all the stress out of a heart wrenching situation. I had a guardianship issue after the passing of my Mother.
